You may return any product bought from our stock range within 28 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale.

We will also pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the material is deemed to be faulty.

Returns can take up 5-7 working days to be processed, once faulty or incorrect goods have been returned.

Unless incorrectly supplied or there is a manufacturing fault with the product we cannot accept the return of:

• Products that have been embroidered, badged or printed.
  
  
• Products that have been specially produced based on your requirements and do not form part of our standard range.
  

N.B. If you have received your embroidered/printed order and the size is not suitable, then please contact us and we will do our best to re-allocate the order in order that we can then provide replacement goods in a different size.

In the event of products arriving with production or manufacturing errors Creative Images reserves the right to correct these prior to offering a refund, at the sole discretion of Creative Images.
